Accurate Pattern designs and builds plugs and molds for fiberglass composite laminating customers in the marine, energy, military, and related industries. We review your part design carefully and may have suggestions for manufacturability. Next we design in CAD using your data or drawings, adding run-out and trim stock as needed. The plug or mold is then developed in the most effective materials including MDF, Ren urethane tooling board, and urethane foam board.

Our experienced team creates tool-path using CAM software and machines the shape using CNC milling machines (vs. CNC router) to assure accuracy on your job. We finish with Duratec polyester to your required level of finish sanding. When you receive plugs and molds from us, they may be ready for application of release and making of your mold or parts.
